7-Day Return Window
You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if it meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care items, innerwear, and hygiene-related products.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” at checkout.
- Items damaged after use by the customer.
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements
If the product delivered was defective or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
